Before placing your Pressed by Virgo order, please make sure that we have your nail sizes. You can purchase a sizing kit HERE.

For All Orders:

Once we receive All orders, unless started ready to ship please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed.Once processed, please allow 7-14 days for delivery.

If you ordered a nail set or junk Accessories (phone case, phone grip, Mac cover iPad cover, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to process.

All Junk lighters customized MTO order (17-28 Business days )

Please note that, as stated in our policy, processing time (2-4)for us to receive

(7-14) prepare and shipping (your choice) time are separate. Shipping applies only after your order has been processed This applies to all selected Made-to-Order (MTO) items (excluding some junk accessories such as Lighters) in our store, not just nail sets. Unless labeled as RTS item (Ready to Ship) 3-7 (Business Days not including Holidays )The processing time required to handcraft your item is not included in the shipping time. If you need your order sooner, we offer a rush order option in addition to expedited shipping, which must be added to your cart at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
